02 — PROVEN ENVELOPE
When the duty sits outside the catalogue, we design for it.
Our in-house fan design suite generates theoretical performance curves before fabrication. Laminate schedules are worked out against the governing code, then checked by FEA analysis, before any prototyping for equipment is done.

04 — ENGINEERING
Most FRP equipment fails for reasons decided at the design stage.
The wrong resin for the actual service chemistry. An undersized corrosion barrier. Supports that concentrate stress at a transition. A blower picked off a catalogue curve rather than the real system resistance. We work these out before fabrication begins, against a governing code, and prove them before despatch.
